How it works for buildings
We agree one collection day a week with the concierge or building manager. Residents message us on WhatsApp, leave their bag at the desk with their flat number, and get it back on the next run. We bill residents directly, so there is no cost and no admin for the building.
For build-to-rent operators and managed blocks we can offer residents a launch discount and supply printed cards for welcome packs and the lobby. It is a resident amenity that costs nothing to run and solves a real problem in flats with no space to dry a king-size duvet.
For property managers and serviced apartments
For furnished lets, serviced apartments and managed portfolios, we wash and press the bed linen you own between stays, and clean duvets and pillows at the end of a tenancy so each new occupant starts with fresh bedding. A bedding refresh per bed (duvet, two pillows and a mattress protector) is £52.
Linen between stays is priced per bed, as for short-let hosts, from £16 a set, with one invoice a week across all your units.

Good to know
Does it cost the building anything?
No. Residents pay us directly. We supply cards and a one-page note for the concierge team.
What does the concierge have to do?
Accept sealed bags with a flat number on them, and hand back the returned bags. Each bag is labelled, and residents get WhatsApp updates from us, not from your staff.
Can you invoice the management company instead of residents?
Yes. For furnished lets, serviced apartments and end-of-tenancy refreshes we invoice weekly.
Which buildings do you cover?
Buildings in Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Ealing, Maida Vale and Hampstead, close to our West London cleaning facility: for example Old Oak, White City, Paddington, Kensington, Maida Vale, St John's Wood and Kilburn. Other London buildings by arrangement.
