Duvet and bed linen cleaning in Knightsbridge and Belgravia

We collect duvets, pillows and fine bed linen from houses, mews and portered blocks across Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Sloane Square, clean them in our own laundry and return them pressed within 3 working days.

Belgravia was built for the Grosvenor family from 1826, when Thomas Cubitt began laying out the white stucco terraces that still define it. Belgrave Square is the centrepiece, a private garden ringed by grand houses, many of them now embassies, with Wilton Crescent and the small shops of Motcomb Street close by. To the south, Eaton Square and Chester Square carry the stucco on, with the shops of Elizabeth Street nearby. Behind the big houses run mews, most of them homes in their own right today. Towards Sloane Street the stucco gives way to the tall red-brick houses of Cadogan Square and Pont Street and to portered apartment buildings around Lowndes Square and Cadogan Place. Homes like these tend to hold a lot of good bedding: several bedrooms, guest rooms, and sheets in fine cotton or pure linen that never look right after a domestic tumble dryer.

Most buildings here have a porter, a concierge or household staff, and the handover is built around that. Leave the bag at the desk with your name and flat number, or tell us who will hand it over at the house. If a housekeeper deals with the laundry, give us their name and number when you book and we will message them about the window as well as you. Every item is counted at the handover and the list goes to you on WhatsApp. Mews in Belgravia are often narrow and some are gated, so add a gate code or a meeting point. On the Brompton Road side of Knightsbridge and around Sloane Square, where the traffic is heaviest, we may ask to meet you on a quieter side street.

Our route runs from the Hyde Park Corner end of Knightsbridge through Wilton Crescent and Belgrave Square to Lowndes Square, Cadogan Place, Sloane Street, Pont Street and Hans Place in SW1X, then on into SW1W around Eaton Square, Chester Square, Elizabeth Street and Sloane Square itself. Knightsbridge also spills into SW7 around Rutland Gate and Ennismore Gardens, and into SW3 around Beauchamp Place and Walton Street, and both of those are on our Chelsea and South Kensington route, so the whole neighbourhood is covered. Pimlico, in SW1V, is outside our area for now, so check your postcode before you book.
